Making Process

Fabric: 80% cotton / 20% poly fleece (320 GSM) for warmth and breathability.

Construction: Cut and sewn with linked shoulders; reinforced pocket openings; stable hood with drawcord locks; bound or overlocked seams.

Finishing: Shrink control wash; steam to shape; QC for pocket strength, hood symmetry, and measurements.

Sourcing

Compliant fleece mills; drawcord with secure ends; pocket reinforcements; trims within RSL.
